ISLAMABAD: The Political race Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday gave bailable capture warrants for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) pioneers Imran Khan, Asad Umar, and Fawad Chaudhry in a scorn case.

The warrants were given by an ECP's four-part seat headed by part Nisar Durrani hearing the case.

In August last year, the ECP had given a scorn notice to the PTI pioneers for offending the commission and its head during different public gatherings, question and answer sessions and a few interviews.The notice charged that they offended and passed unparliamentary, unrestrained and derisive comments against the discretionary body on different events.

The seat, while dismissing the PTI pioneers' requests for exclusion, guided them today to show up before it on the following hearing which is planned on January 17.

The commission had held the decision on their supplications on January 3.

Fawad to challenge warrantsSoon after the decision, PTI pioneer Fawad Chaudhry declared that he would challenge the warrants in high court and record a hatred supplication against ECP.

"ECP's choice to give capture warrants is hatred of high court's choice," said Fawad. He said that the case was booked for January 17 and the decision was declared today infringing upon the rules.The PTI pioneer said that it was a "one-sided" choice of the ECP.

Recently, the High Court had additionally permitted the appointive body to proceed hatred procedures against Khan, Umar and Fawad.

During the last hearing at the Political race Commission, legal counselor Ali Bukhari showed up for PTI pioneers and stood up that Fawad's mom was genuinely sick and he was in an emergency clinic in Lahore with her. Likewise, his sibling Faisal Chaudhry is a legal counselor for this situation and the two siblings are with their mom as of now.

He proceeded with that Imran Khan has not yet been permitted to travel.To this, an ECP part asked about his clinical report which asserts that the PTI boss couldn't travel. The PTI legal counselor vowed to present the report before the seat.

Also, the individual from the commission said that he had not yet answered the show cause, guiding him to present the application for an exclusion from participation.

Asad Umar's legal counselor Anwar Mansoor said that the PTI secretary general was to go to the meeting yet he was unable to come to the government capital. He fought, "We have applied against the show cause notice, every one of the three cases are of a similar sort. The meeting will be kept intact and I will give a required answer to the show cause on the following date."On the event, the ECP DG regulation had said that he had written in the show cause notice that it had been given from the Political decision Commission.

The ECP seat said that warrants were being given for the presence of the gatherings. To this, legal counselor Ali Bukhari said that on the off chance that a warrant was given, their application wouldn't be heard.

Senior legal advisor Anwar Mansoor contended that rather than the warrant, ECP ought to make it the last debut.
